Property Check

Whilst you are away, we will take good care of your property in Mallorca. Through regular and thorough property inspections, we ensure that your property remains in good condition at all times.

Our regular on-site presence gives the impression that the property is occupied. Through measures such as emptying the letterbox, checking the outdoor areas and other coordinated activities, we significantly reduce the risk of burglaries, squatting and other undesirable incidents.

During each site inspection, we check the interior and exterior of your property for visible damage, signs of break-ins and any other anomalies. We also inspect outdoor areas, terraces, gardens, garages, outbuildings, swimming pool facilities and other property features for any visible damage or hazards.

We also keep a close eye on the indoor climate and building services. Regular, thorough airing helps to prevent damp and mould growth. In addition, we carry out agreed visual and functional checks on technical installations – naturally without carrying out any technical work. We pay particular attention to any signs of water ingress, damp or leaks, in order to prevent costly consequential damage at an early stage.

If any irregularities are identified during our inspections, we document them carefully and inform you immediately. Following exceptional weather events such as storms, heavy rain or hail, we carry out an additional unscheduled property inspection on request to quickly identify any damage and take the necessary action. Upon request, you will receive all information and documentation in real time.

To ensure you can relax and enjoy your return to Mallorca, we can also take care of preparing your property on request. This includes, for example, a thorough clean before your arrival, maintenance of the outdoor areas, and other personalised services, which we’d be happy to discuss with you personally.
